Ghee Clarified Butter with Herbs
This traditional Ghee is made from 100% fresh ewe’s milk butter with the addition of 7 wild herbs: Turmeric, Artemisia, Wild Artemisia, Fennel, Chamomile, Schumer and Fenugreek.
It is natural with no additives, and can be used as a substitute for butter for a healthier cooking.
Created by skimming the milk solids out of melted butter, Ghee has less lactose than butter, and therefore it is a better choice for those with lactose and casein sensitivities.
Ghee is also used instead of butter for high temperature cooking.
